I was born Catholic, still practice the faith, but out of respect for those around me, I've decided to fast with the devout who follow Ramadan. It'll be an invaluable lesson, one that teaches the individual to remember his God and give appreciation for the gift of life.
I do not feel that I am doing anything wrong or contrary to my faith because i know that God is love and to coexist with the many faiths of his created world, is an example of God at work; peace and love to all.
